The RNX-iMX95-SMARC is a System on Module (SoM) based on NXP i.MX95 family – a 2.0 GHz hexa-core ARM Cortex-A55™ processor integrated with a NPU of 2.0 TOP/s that greatly accelerate machine learning inference. For industrial applications, real time control is enabled by an integrated Arm® Cortex®-M33 running at 333MHz and an Arm® Cortex®-M7 running at 800MHz. The SoM is in compliance with SMARC (Smart Mobility Architecture™) specification.
